Earth is the homeworld for the Earnling race. It also is the base of operations for the Pangalactic Federation. The crust of earth is heavy industrialized and populated. Most of the residents live in the buildings floating above the earth. The major port city is New York City. The sound of personal aircraft flying through the air replaced the hum of motor vehicles. The world is at peace within itself. There is little left of the earth that is not heavily populated. You can reach any point in the earch in a matter of minutes thanks to the advanced transportation system. You can barely see any of the original grass and trees thanks to the effects of civilization. You see little law enforcement because there isn't a huge need of it. The only public guards are in front of the Embassy for the Pangalactic Federation. Which sits in the center of New York City.
