This is where you request for duels in Star Ocean RP. When you send out an open challenge, you can post what your specific terms are. If no specific terms are made, then the person who accepts the challenge will have a say in the final regulations for the fight. Also, the location of the fight will be determined by both of the players. Open a dual being accepted and the terms finalized, a moderator will set up the match, and at the end of the duel, a moderator will judge the match. PM a moderator when you are ready to start.
